Ref. 10089 - LE MAS HERMES is a small corner of paradise, for lovers of nature and calm. 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. At 5 minutes from the center of the village of Eygalières in the heart of the Alpilles, the Mas Hermes offers you its park composed of many essences of Provence, a bi-centenary plane tree, a masterly centenary linden tree. Comfortable garden furniture takes advantage of the shade and freshness of the lime tree. The park lights up at night, to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with friends or family.
The 17x7 swimming pool treated with chlorine is secured by an underwater alarm, is nestled in a green setting, it has a pool house with garden furniture, a bar with refrigerator, many sunbeds and parasols around the pool.
Two dining areas. Under a green vine arbor a table for 12 people and a glass roof open on the whole garden and park with a table for 14 people.
A gas BBQ is at your disposal.

The Mas Hermes is composed as follows:

On the first floor

- Entry :

- an entrance hall with a guest toilet
- a very well equipped kitchen, for the amateurs of cooking a piano la Cornue. A scullery and laundry room.
- A living room with fireplace open on a dining area for 10 people.
- A second large living room with fireplace, TV corner, a concert piano.
- A Moroccan style living room, very cosy and colorful has a library. It gives access to a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
By a beautiful stone staircase you reach the bedrooms upstairs.

First floor:
- 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds en suite, a shower room and toilet;
- 1 bedroom 1 bed in 160cm with bathroom and separate toilet.
- 1 bedroom 1 bed in 180 cm, shower room, toilet.
- 1 parental suite with a bed in 180 cm and a room child a bed in 140 cm. 2 bathrooms, separate toilet.

At your disposal:
1 table tennis table
1 trampoline
Petanque balls
2 bicycles, swimming pool games, archery, children's hut with slide, board games.
2 horses with equipment provided (level 3 required). Insurance required.
The person in charge of the horses ensures the maintenance of the horses and the boxes daily.
The janitor ensures the maintenance of the green areas and the swimming pool daily.
A welcome meal is offered to the tenants (starter, main course, dessert, bread).
Wine is offered for this meal.

Mas Hermes offers 3 hours of cleaning per day.
All bed, pool and bathroom linen is provided and changed every Saturday.
