The 12.5x5m swimming pool, secured by an electric shutter and treated with salt, will delight both young and old. Its teak beach offers several sunbathing areas, parasols and a clear view of the Alpilles.

The pool-house is equipped with a comfortable bench and a charcoal BBQ. An outdoor shower and toilet complete this area.

For the pleasure of the evenings, at nightfall the whole garden lights up.

Outside there is an outbuilding overlooking the pool and garden.

For your comfort, the whole house is air-conditioned.
