LE MAS ARE-CAN-CIEL - ST-REMY DE PROVENCE - 8 chambres - 16 personnes

Ref. 10030 - It is in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, facing the Alpilles, that the shutters of the Mas de l'arcenciel open and the 5000 m2 of the property unfolds. The 650 m2 of the main farmhouse are spread over several levels, offering the visitor a journey through the history of art from the 1950s to the present day.

At first glance the silhouette of a farmhouse dating from the 18th century, masterful in its garden of trees and flowers, where strange works of art stand out. Thus, the eyes discover all the originality of the house and the spirit grasps its identity.

An artist's house, beautifully decorated by the painter Roger Bezombes in the 50s, it plays with mosaics and colours. Here, the signature evokes the life of an artist, often bohemian, who makes you dream so much it evokes freedom and sweet madness. Le Mas de l'Amarine plays with talent with heterogeneity, colours and design.
The house can be discovered through its large living room adorned with the masterful mosaic signed Roger Bezombes. In this flamboyant heart, everything has been thought out for the warm and friendly moments of your stay. In front of an imposing fireplace, whose lintel comes from the palace of the popes of Avignon, comfortable sofas await you. A cigar and champagne cellar is nestled to keep your precious nectars. A living room which announces the color!

In the centre of the house, a few steps up, the landing will be the place for almost any meeting. You will pass through there, a glass in hand, leaving the pantry to go to the terrace, a privileged place for your moments of sharing from morning to evening. As a preamble to your gourmet moments, it offers its stone table and its rotisserie ideal for grilling in the fireplace. From there, you will discover the pantry and then the open kitchen. Both are professionally equipped to a very high standard, a harbinger of gourmet agape.

A few more steps and a second living room is open to the public. Its huge bay window opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden, facing the Alpilles. The volume of this room allows all the "follies", projector, games table, bar and digestive trolley, library, reception room.

The orange room
Located on the ground floor, the orange suite reveals its assets: its large space, its bathroom as a living room and its living room facing south. Its Le Corbusier-style reading lamp will be the perfect place for your moments of relaxation, the caress of the sun as a friend. When the star is at its zenith, the room is illuminated with the special colour whose name it bears.

The yellow room
Spacious and bright suite opening onto a large private terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. The framed Carré Hermès has fireworks motifs in shades of yellow, accentuated by the sunrise.

The Purple Room
Its view of the Alpilles, framed by the century-old wisteria with its giant flowers, is exceptional. Particularly soothing, it symbolizes the sweetness of feminine life. The room opens onto a large, immaculately white bathroom.

The red bedroom
Its view of the garrigue that burns in the setting sun, plunges the room into flamboyant tones.

The dark room
It could have been called the Chamber of Secrets, even the bathroom is shrouded in mystery! Ultra colorful, in a very Christian Lacroix spirit, the floor is dressed in a surprising black leather boucharouette carpet. Its small terrace gives direct access to the garden.

The blue room
Alone on the top floor, she's the closest to the sky! Attic-style, it is ideal for the youngest ones and has a small alcove-like living room.

The office

On the landing on the first floor, an office equipped with a computer and printer is at your disposal. Like a sweet attention, an old-fashioned shoe polish box will fill your shoes!

The "L'attrape rêve", the wellness lounge

Part of the farmhouse, the old dovecote can be accessed through the garden. At the top of its stone staircase, well out of sight, is the massage and treatment room. As a curiosity cabinet, colours, materials and perfumes welcome you in a warm and fanciful universe. This secret place invites you to well-being and relaxation for a moment of serenity. This is also the spirit of the mas de l'Amarine, an atypical and authentic approach to the beauty of body and soul, a path towards self harmony.
